Stop Motion Reflection

     Overall, the entire stop motion project was a great experience. I enjoyed doing something off the computer for a bit. The entire process of filming and editing gave me a new appreciation for how much effort goes into large scale stop motions. It took my group several weeks to film roughly a minute and a half. I would enjoy doing this again. If we did do this again i would probably focus more on the story rather than the filming of the scenes.

Art generators.

This piece was created on Viscosity. The generator required little skill but it represented modern art very well with its simplicity. All you had to do was click and drag and you made a variety of triangles that formed together to make a weird, yet beautiful shape. The image was downloaded straight from the website.

For this generator I used a generator called Imagination. The concept was very simple, you moved your mouse around and it created a silk like pattern in its wake. As you went along it changed color and you could click to make an explosion on silk. This image had to be screenshot from the website, since the creation would disappear after a few seconds.

For this creation I used Silkweave. It required little skill since all you did was click and drag and it created patterns that followed. You could change the color of the patterns and the the amount of points that the pattern came from. The image was downloaded off the website.

      The logo that I have designed is colorful where it needs to be. The colored letters makes the logo stand out without going overboard. The colors that I have chosen where chosen strategically. They are all vibrant, pastel colors that stand out without looking too obnoxious. The logo that I have designed makes the company look innovative because of the modern look it has with the sharp edges of the words and letters. The logo is also very creative with the brush painting the A to make it look like calligraphy and the music note that makes the F. The logo is resonant of an artistic community since it is comprised of different elements of multiple forms of art.
